Aquarius
offers a range of Pond Kits that provide everything you
need for a successful installation. Each kit includes
all essential components and range in size from 8’ x 11’
through 30’ x 30’.
Components included in many of our Garden Pond Kits
(varies by type and size):
• Skimmer
Easily collects
surface debris from leaves, food, etc. Catches in easily
removed bag. Faux rock cover provided.
• Biological waterfalls
This unit is
easily hidden from view by burying in dirt removed from
pond area. Only requires bi-yearly cleaning. Bacteria
live in this filter helping to remove floating algae. No
need for costly ultra violet sterilizer or unsightly out
of pond filters.
• Pump
We supply only
energy efficient pumps with our kits. Pumps for various
sizes provided: up to 16' x 16': 2640 gph to 3'
elevation, 165 Watt pump greater than 16' x 21': 3480
gph to 3' elevation, 260 Watt pump.
• Liner
EPDM Firestone
liners have a 20-year guarantee. Cover with stone and
extend the life of your liner. Firestone EPDM, 45 mil,
20 year guarantee.
• Underlayment
Helps to pad the
underside of the EPDM liner. Heavy 6 oz. fabric.
• PVC Pipe
Flexible pipe -
attaches the skimmer to the waterfall. 2" .
• Underwater Lights
Helps you enjoy
your pond in the evening. Low voltage - 12V - 24 hour
adjustable timer, 1 lamp. 2 lamps for 16' x 16' ponds
and larger.
• Beneficial Bacteria
Helps to seed your
biological waterfall. Jump starts the natural occurrence
of bio organisms.
• Pump Kit
Allows for easy
removal of pump. Also prevents falls from draining when
pump is shut off.
• Waterfall PVC Stone
Faux stone for
waterfall allows a more natural look when water runs off
the falls of the waterfall.
• Skimmer Lid
Faux PVC stone.
Hides the top of the skimmer box. Lightweight for easy
access.
• Filtration Pads
Allows filtering
of the pond and an excellent place for bio organisms to
colonize. 3 filter pads provided.
• Skimmer Bag
Catches large
debris and allows it to be easily removed.
• Filter Support Tubes
Holds filtration
pads off bottom of waterfall.
• Bulk Head Fittings
Allows attachment
of waterfall to skimmer box.
• Patch Tape
Watertight patch
covers accidental holes in the liner.
• Expanding Foam
Used to set larger
stones to liner. Using this product makes water run over
top of stone not under.
• Silicone
Forms a
water-tight seal between waterfall snout skimmer and
liner. Silicone forms a water tight seal between
waterfall lip and skimmer snout and liner.
• PVC Glue & Primer
Bonds flexible PVC
pipe to coupling in falls and skimmer. |

• Bottom drain which insures removal of sedimentation
which reduces cleaning frequency.
• Bottom drain circulation which ensures the cooler
water being brought to the surface therefore breaking
the thermo cline stratification and increasing aeration
as well as lowering the surface temperature of the pond
reducing algae growth.
• High efficiency external pond pumps with proven
longevity of operation and the ability to be rebuilt,
compared to submersible pond pumps.
• External pond filter. Can be backwashed by the end
user with ease such as when operating a pool. Flushes
out the waste and debris so often left to settle on the
bottom of the pond.
• UV light - Ensures the clearest water possible
alleviating much concern about water quality.
